All Without Words Documentary

ALL WITHOUT WORDS is a documentary about music's healing and transforming power and the human journey behind the music. A sound becomes a melody; a melody sparks a musical work, music that inspires art and human experience that adds color and motion to reach the audience's heart with an array of emotions. For Justin, music has always been his primary passion and main life focus. He is a guitarist, composer, and music professor from a great lineage of musicians. His father, a jazz guitarist, worked with notable artists from Shelly Manne to Miles Davis. His grandfather composed songs such as "You've Changed" and "We'll Be Together Again," performed by Frank Sinatra. Music has always been at the center of his life and his family. Growing up surrounded by peer musicians, Justin always assumed that one day his kids would play music and pass on their musical knowledge to their kids; because the music was so ingrained in his brain. But when his son, Loren, was diagnosed with non-verbal autism, Justin realized his child couldn't do those things. As heart-wrenching as this realization was, he considered composing a piece involving Loren and his humanity. Justin wanted to express his feelings about his relationship with his son and what he had learned as a parent through his music. He needed to rethink how to see the world and who he was as a composer.
